Your Role 

We are building a dedicated recruitment team in Prishtina for a company in the aerospace industry. As Hiring Manager & Team Lead, you will lead this team and ensure that our recruiters successfully identify and engage qualified candidates for our client. A major focus will be active sourcing. You will guide the team, coordinate priorities and sourcing activities, support challenging searches and remain hands-on in recruitment when needed. 

Your Responsibilities 

• Lead and support the local recruitment team 
• Take an active role in candidate sourcing and outreach 
• Develop effective sourcing strategies and talent pipelines 
• Support recruiters with challenging searches and candidate communication
• Coordinate vacancies, priorities and recruiting activities within the team
• Ensure consistent recruiting quality and accurate documentation
• Conduct initial candidate interviews when required 
• Coordinate closely with the relevant recruitment stakeholders 
• Track recruiting performance and continuously improve sourcing processes 

Your Profile 

• Strong German skills, ideally C1 or above 
• Strong English skills for daily communication 
• Experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, active sourcing, HR or a related field
• Previous team leadership or coordination experience is an advantage
• Strong understanding of proactive candidate sourcing 
• Confident and professional communication skills 
• Structured, hands-on and solution-oriented working style 
• Interest in the aerospace industry is an advantage
