Baker Tilly in Kosovo is seeking talented and motivated professionals to join our growing  team:  

Position: Accounting and Tax Semi-Senior 

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting  
• Professional accounting certification (SCAAK or ACCA) is preferred 
• Good academic background 
• 1–3 years of work experience in Accounting/Finance 
• Knowledge of accounting principles and Kosovo tax regulations 
• Experience preparing tax declarations in compliance with local legislation is a strong  advantage 
• Familiarity with QuickBooks, Navision, and MS Office 
• Good command of English (spoken and written) 
• Eagerness to learn and grow professionally 
• Attention to detail, initiative, and a proactive approach 
• Strong interpersonal and team collaboration skills
