Job Title: Accounts Receivable and Payable Positions
Location: Muharrem Fejza, Pristina (On-site)
Working Hours: 15:00 - 23:00 (local time)

LS Global specializes in optimizing business operations worldwide through expert outsourcing. We are currently recruiting for one of our international clients for opportunities within the Accounts Receivable and Payable department. 

Key Responsibilities:

Accounts Receivable (AR):

• Process cash receipts, credit card payments, customer invoices, statements, refunds, and credits accurately and efficiently.
• Manage customer accounts by researching and resolving discrepancies and payment-related issues.
• Monitor past-due accounts, maintain call reports, and follow up with customers regarding payment status.
• Assist with resolving disputed invoices by collaborating with customers and internal departments.
• Provide support for credit-related activities, including order releases and credit inquiries.
• Handle inbound customer calls related to Accounts Receivable matters.

Accounts Payable (AP):

• Process invoice discrepancies, including unmatched invoices and invoice/receipt variances.
• Resolve vendor-related issues and communicate effectively with internal teams and vendors.
• Process vendor upload and identify recurring issues to support process improvements.
• Utilize ODBC tools and Excel to support accounting processes and reporting.
• Process wire payment documentation and assist with month-end accounting activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, or a similar finance environment preferred.
• Excellent English communication skills (C1 level or higher).
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work independently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables).
• Experience with invoice processing, reconciliations, or accounting systems is a plus.
