Customer Service Representiave (German & English)

StarLabs is seeking for Customer Service Representiave to join our team. Be the first point of contact for our customers, helping them with questions, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth experience. If you're a great communicator with a passion for helping others and speak both German and English, we’d love to hear from you!
Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and timely
  manner
• Resolve customer issues and complaints with empathy and efficiency
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

Requirements:

• Fluent in both English and German (written and spoken).
• Previous experience in customer service is a plus
• Problem-solving skills and a customer-first attitude
• Ability to stay calm under pressure
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
