Position Summary

QSI International School of Kosovo is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Kindergarten Teacher (5-Year-Old Program) to join our international faculty.

The successful candidate will foster a safe, engaging, and nurturing classroom environment while supporting the academic, social, emotional, and physical development of young learners. We are looking for an educator with strong Western educational credentials, a passion for early childhood education, and a commitment to excellence in an international school setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver developmentally appropriate lessons aligned with the QSI curriculum. 
• Create a positive, safe, and inclusive classroom environment. 
• Support students' academic, social, emotional, and physical development. 
• Monitor student progress and communicate effectively with parents. 
• Collaborate with colleagues, administrators, and support staff to promote student success. 
• Integrate creative and engaging teaching strategies into daily instruction. 
• Participate in professional development and contribute to the school community. 

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in early childhood education, Elementary Education, or a closely related field. 
• Western teaching experience or western credential/license
• Western teaching experience and/or previous experience in an accredited international school is highly preferred. 
• Demonstrated experience teaching Kindergarten or Early Childhood students. 
• Excellent command of spoken and written English. 
• Strong classroom management, communication, collaboration, and organizational skills. 
• A genuine passion for working with young children in a multicultural environment.
