Are you detail-oriented, curious, and eager to build a career with growth opportunities? We're looking for a Warranty Associate to join our team and help identify, process, and resolve warranty claims on behalf of our clients.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys problem-solving, working with data, and collaborating with a supportive team.

What You'll Do

• Monitor and review warranty claims submitted by customers via the CMMS system (Computerized Maintenance Management System)
• Validate claim information and ensure all required documentation is complete 
• Communicate with customers to clarify or request additional information when needed 
• Update claim status and maintain accurate records within the CMMS 
• Identify recurring issues and escalate trends to management 
• Assist with reporting and analysis of warranty data 
• Support the warranty team with administrative tasks and special projects 

What We're Looking For

• Strong English communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively 
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Eagerness to learn and grow professionally
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Training & Work Arrangement

• 6 weeks of  in-person training at our Prishtina office
• Transition to a hybrid schedule after training
• Enjoy 2 work-from-home days per week
