About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Tech Lead to lead the technical design and development of modern software solutions. You will work closely with Product Owners, developers, and stakeholders to define the technical direction, make key technical decisions, and contribute to the overall software architecture while remaining actively involved in development.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead the technical design and architecture of software solutions. 
• Make key technical decisions and establish development best practices. 
• Work closely with Product Owner to translate business requirements into technical solutions. 
• Design APIs, system integrations, and cloud-based applications. 
• Ensure solutions are secure, scalable, maintainable, and high performing. 
• Support and mentor software engineers through technical guidance and code reviews. 
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the project lifecycle. 
• Identify technical risks and recommend practical solutions. 
• Contribute to continuous improvement of software architecture and development processes. 
• Research and evaluate new technologies and frameworks. 

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field. 
• 4+ years of experience as a Senior Software Engineer, Tech Lead.
• Experience designing software architecture and making technical decisions. 
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure Microsoft 365, Azure AI, or Copilot.
• Experience building cloud-based applications. 
• Good understanding of APIs, microservices, and system integrations. 
• Strong understanding of software architecture and development best practices. 
• Experience mentoring developers or leading technical discussions. 
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills. 
• Professional proficiency in English. 

Nice to Have

• Experience with AI solutions 
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or CI/CD pipelines. 
• German language skills are highly desirable.
